where can i watch launching Live?

I am a Chinese with interest about every thing about the moon.
I am keeping a close eye on the Chandrayaan-1 launch.
I wonder if this launch will be televised live to all the world?
or maybe on the internet, we can watch the launch live ?

By the way, this is the first meesage i write here. I'd like to say hello to all the visitors and the webmasters of this web.
