Multiple delays

No matter how much progress India makes, there still appears to be no respect for time.

Every time I check , this launch is delayed once more. What is more, no-one complains, because we have no expectations of any schedule being met.

It would be so nice to see this change.

It should be no secret to anyone that these should not be just technology launches. This is survival -- spacewarfare is here to stay. The slow ones will not survive as free nations. So this is a defence and sovereignty matter, not a technology one.

Several more delays since my last posting. Last one saying mabe December.

Next one will pobably say something like, "sometimes next yesr".

Does anyone remember what the original deadline. Was it not 2006?
