The manned mission on the moon should establish Indian right to operate and build future platforms for further research and make it recognised by the entire world. This mission should capitalise on the Indian capability to land on moon and use its surface for its own rights, describing its boundaries to ensure that we get the best of the moon - FIRST. This could very well be ISRO's future to land first human being on MARS- may be in a teamed effort!!!
